Utility e-billing

ebill email

Once a completed E-billing form is returned to City Hall, the customer will immediately be signed up in the program. A customer will receive the bill an average of 5 days faster than receiving it by mail. The form also has information on how to sign up for emergency utility notifications through SwiftReach. This service notifies customers who are past due on a utility bill and are on the shut-off list. This service also is capable of sending out notifications in the event of a water or gas emergency to those customers affected by the emergency.
