Louisburg celebrated its Sesquicentennial in 2018!
The City of Louisburg celebrated its sesquicentennial throughout 2018 with the final celebration happening on the community's founding day, Nov. 10.
The Centennial time capsule was unearthed and displayed as part of the celebration. Artifacts were collected from community members and buried in a time capsule to be opened in 2068.
