Cider Run

The annual Cider Run is a 5K, 10K, Kids Fun Run and a Hard Cider Relay sponsored by the Louisburg Chamber of Commerce. This year the run is Saturday, Oct. 5, 2019, and begins and ends in Downtown Louisburg on Broadway Street. The Chamber anticipates several hundred runners to run the course. A portion of the proceeds are donated to a local charity each year with this year's charity the local food pantry, Agape Christian Center. Past recipients have been the LHS Marching Wildcats for the trip to the Rose Parade, the Senior Center, Blessings in a Backpack, Cedar Cove and the Louisburg Area Recreation Association.
