Ball Field Reservations

Schedule a Reservation

Per Park and Tree Board regulation, priority field use goes to those events approved by the Park and Tree Board and/or the City Council and USD 416 sporting events and then the Louisburg Recreation Commission (LRC) activities. Fields will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Fields may be rented from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Fields may be used by the general public at no cost if they are not already reserved; access of lights for non-reserved use is not provided. A team or organization should complete a field reservation request to have exclusive use of the field. Fields may be used by the general public in 1.5-hour increments.

Fees

Fees are charged hourly and payment is due prior to the start of the season. No field will be reserved without rental payment.

• Baseball/softball - $30
• Soccer - $20
• Flag Football - $20
• Light fee (any field with lights) - $15

Field Occupation

Teams must carry and present an approved schedule before taking an occupied field. Such documentation must be presented to law enforcement upon request.
