Moratorium Lifted on Building Improvements in Historic Downtown

The moratorium on signs remains in effect until Nov. 30, 2017, to allow the City to consider and develop sign regulations for that district. Click the link to view a copy of the moratorium documents. The Planning Commission will have a public hearing on changes to the sign regulations in the "Historic Downtown" district at its 6:30 p.m. Oct. 25 meeting. If the Planning Commission approves those changes, then the City Council will consider the item at its Nov. 6 meeting.
